Travel Guidelines and Documentation
Guidelines for Tourism to Sikkim (Gangtok/ Pelling / Lachen / Lachung)
Fully vaccinated tourists are permitted to enter. Those who are partially vaccinated or below 18 must present a negative RT-PCR report taken within 72 hours prior to entry.
Registration on the Sikkim Tourism Web Portal is mandatory, and a “Travel Card” must be carried at all times.
Guidelines for Tourism to West Bengal (Darjeeling- Kalimpong - Dooars)
Entry requires a negative RT-PCR report taken within 48 hours. Current restrictions on some sightseeing points may apply, and monasteries/temples are currently closed to visitors.
Nathula Pass visits are subject to permit availability and are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Extra charges apply for car permits to Zero Point & Katao.
Documentation Required
Four copyright-size photos and photocopies of photo identity proof for all travelers (e.g., copyright, Voter Card). PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Driving Licenses are not accepted in Sikkim.

Room rates and availability are subject to change. Cars are provided on a point-to-point basis only. Room heaters and certain activities like boating at Mirik are chargeable directly.
